Baku: The ‘Treaty between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People’s Republic of China on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters’ has been ratified. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed the corresponding Law.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the treaty was signed on April 23, 2025, in the city of Beijing. This agreement marks a significant step in legal cooperation between Azerbaijan and China, aiming to enhance mutual assistance in criminal matters.
