Baku: Azerbaijan no longer requires a mediator for interactions between the government and opposition, according to Adalat Valiyev, Head of the Department for Relations with Political Parties and Legislative Powers of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan. Valiyev announced that the collaborative efforts for statehood have successfully overcome all challenges and intrigues.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Valiyev emphasized that due to the active participation of political parties and the current political dialogue environment, Azerbaijan has eliminated the need for any foreign organization or intermediary to facilitate communication between the government and opposition. He highlighted that this development is a significant achievement of political dialogue and provides a robust foundation for conducting an independent policy.
Valiyev further explained that the ideological foundation of this new relational system is built on reliable relations aimed at the development of both society and the state. He asserted that political dialogue plays an essential role in this framework. In alignment with these advancements, a Presidential Decree has declared 2025 as the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty,” underscoring the country’s commitment to maintaining its autonomy and political integrity.
