Baku: The project of the Khojaly Memorial Complex is ready, and its implementation will be carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Minister of Culture, Adil Kerimli, stated this in his statement to journalists, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Minister Kerimli emphasized that the approved project for the memorial complex is already in place, and the work will proceed in alignment with this plan.
