Accra:Azerbaijan Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, recently met with Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, to discuss military cooperation.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, during the meeting, a detailed briefing was provided on the Azerbaijan Army's victory in the 44-day Patriotic War, emphasizing the combat experience and achievements gained from the military operations.

The discussions included exploring potential cooperation between Azerbaijan and Cambodia in various fields, such as military, military-technical, and military education. Both parties highlighted the importance of strengthening bilateral relations in defense and security through joint military exercises and exchanging expertise, while also exchanging views on other mutual interests.
