Zagatala: A foreign citizen who attempted to violate the state border has been detained, the Press Center of the State Border Service told APA. In an incident involving the "Zagatala" border detachment of the Border Troops of the State Border Service, a Nigerian citizen was apprehended.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the individual, identified as Olabiyi Kazeem Adisa, born in 1995, was detained while attempting to cross from the Republic of Azerbaijan into Georgia. The authorities have stated that operational-investigative measures are ongoing concerning the incident.
