Baku: Azerbaijan has sent another batch of petroleum products to Armenia, marking a significant export activity between the two nations. A train carrying 989 tons of diesel fuel in 17 wagons departed from the Bilajari station, headed for Boyuk Kesik, continuing a series of petroleum shipments.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this latest shipment adds to the growing list of resources transported to Armenia via Azerbaijan. Over 55,000 tons of grain, nearly 9,000 tons of fertilizer, 1,414 tons of propane, 133 tons of aluminum, 1,114 tons of coal, and 334 tons of timber have already been moved from Russia to Armenia through Azerbaijani territory.

Beyond serving as a transit route for Russian goods, Azerbaijan has been actively exporting its petroleum products to Armenia. Cumulatively, the exports have reached nearly 15,000 tons of diesel fuel and 5,000 tons of AI-92 and AI-95 gasoline, highlighting the ongoing cooperation in energy supply between the neighboring countries.
