Baku: A ‘Single Window’ information system has been established in Azerbaijan to improve state governance mechanisms in the regulation of foreign trade. The system aims to enhance effective coordination among government bodies and create a fully digital environment with unified access for import-export, transit, transport, and logistics operations. Additionally, a smart cargo flow management system will be introduced.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to this effect. The establishment of this system is expected to streamline processes and improve efficiency in Azerbaijan’s foreign trade activities. The initiative is part of the country’s efforts to modernize and digitize its trade and logistics operations.
