Baku: The "Single Window" Information System in Azerbaijan is set to gradually encompass all foreign trade processes, as announced by Rahman Hummatov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport. This development was revealed at the official presentation ceremony of the "Single Window" Information System - Digital Logistics Platform held in Baku.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the initial phase of the project focuses on the digitalization of export procedures related to plants and plant products. Currently, the system facilitates applications for fumigation certificates and export customs declarations within a unified digital environment. Initial outcomes indicate that the platform effectively reduces administrative burdens and accelerates service delivery. Future phases of the project aim to incorporate all import, export, and transit processes into the platform. Efforts are also underway to integrate other government agencies' systems into the platform.
