Baku: The squad of the Azerbaijan national football team for its upcoming matches has been announced. The list, released by AFFA, includes 30 players who will represent Azerbaijan in their upcoming fixtures.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the squad consists of 3 goalkeepers, 10 defenders, 13 midfielders, and 4 forwards. The goalkeepers named are Aydin Bayramov, Ravan Mirzammadov, and Emil Balayev. The defenders include Badavi Huseynov, Murad Khachayev, Jalal Huseynov, Anton Krivotsyuk, Rahil Mammadov, Elvin Badalov, Rahman Dashdamirov, Toral Bayramov, Tellur Mutallimov, and Rufat Abbasov.

The Azerbaijan national team is scheduled to face Tajikistan in a friendly match on September 23 at 20:00 at the 8th km settlement stadium. Additionally, as part of the UEFA Nations League, Azerbaijan will compete against Lithuania on September 27 at 17:00 at the Darius and Girenas Stadium, Liechtenstein on October 1 at 20:00 at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium, and Lithuania again on October 4 at 17:00 at the 8th km Stadium.
