Baku:President Ilham Aliyev has issued an Order recognizing several individuals for their outstanding contributions to the advancement of the Paralympic movement in Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Order specifically honors Elvin Astanov, Ramil Gasimov, Parvin Mammadov, and Olokhan Musayev. These athletes, involved in shot put, para-judo, and para-powerlifting, have been awarded the 'Taraggi' (Progress) Medal in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the National Paralympic Committee.
