Baku:Azerbaijan's first specialized international real estate and investment exhibition, AIREX 2026, took place at the Baku Expo Center. The event was supported by ABB Bank and attracted participation from more than 70 local and international companies.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, AIREX 2026 served as a convergence point for prospective homebuyers, investors interested in real estate, and industry professionals. The exhibition provided attendees with the chance to explore a variety of local and international projects, offering insights into their features and enabling direct communication with company representatives.

The event also functioned as a platform for fostering professional dialogue among real estate market participants. It facilitated the exchange of experiences and discussions on new opportunities for cooperation within the industry.

Visitors were also informed about the opportunities and projects supported by ABB Bank, which is a leader in real estate financing and mortgage lending in Azerbaijan. AIREX 2026, which concluded on November 6, covered a wide range of topics including Azerbaijan's urban development prospects, new development projects, branded residences, premium residential developments, urban and neighborhood planning, sustainable construction, and collaborative opportunities between financial, technology companies, and the real estate sector.
