Baku: In the first nine months of 2025, Azerbaijan allocated a substantial budget of 1 billion 632.4 million manats for the design and construction of road and railway infrastructure in its liberated territories.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Finance reported that a significant portion of this budget, amounting to 1 billion 525.1 million manats, was dedicated to the construction of automobile roads. Meanwhile, 107.3 million manats were allocated for the development of railway lines. This investment highlights the country’s commitment to enhancing connectivity and infrastructure in these areas.
