Azerbaijan, Jordan Set to Boost Customs Partnership

Baku: Azerbaijan's Parliament (Milli Majlis) has approved the draft law on the ratification of the "Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in the field of customs affairs between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan." The agreement aims to enhance collaboration and provide mutual assistance in customs affairs between the two countries.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the agreement was initially signed in Baku on November 27, 2025, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Jordan in the customs sector. The ratification by Azerbaijan's Parliament is expected to pave the way for more efficient cross-border trade and cooperation.
