Baku: An extended collegium meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, chaired by Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to APA. The meeting saw the participation of senior leadership from the Ministry and heads of its structural divisions.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the discussions during the meeting were aligned with the foreign policy course set by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The agenda included reviewing the work carried out by the Ministry in 2025 and setting the main priorities for 2026. Key topics of discussion were bilateral and multilateral cooperation, economic, climate, and humanitarian diplomacy, international assistance efforts, and diplomatic activities in the post-conflict period. Additionally, efforts to protect the rights and freedoms of Azerbaijani citizens abroad and matters related to the organization of the Ministry's activities were addressed, with relevant instructions issued.
