Split:The 46th Seminar of the European Olympic Committees (EOC) and the Olympic Solidarity Forum of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) began in Split, Croatia. Azerbaijan is represented by Azer Aliyev, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee (NOC), and Anar Baghirov, Head of the NOC's Foreign Relations Department.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the event commenced with an official ceremony featuring key speakers such as Croatian Olympic Committee President Josip Varvodic, EOC President Spyros Capralos, and Josip Pavic, State Secretary at Croatia's Ministry of Tourism and Sport.

The forum includes the presentation of the 11th Winter Edition of the Piotr Nurowski Prize. Discussions are set to cover the 2027 Winter and Summer European Youth Olympic Festivals, the 4th European Games in Istanbul, and the LA 2028 Summer Olympics.

The agenda also features plenary meetings and joint working sessions. The EOC forum serves as a crucial platform for supporting young European athletes, promoting Olympic values, and enhancing international cooperation.
