Baku: Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) has initiated a testing phase for a complimentary Wi-Fi service on its domestic train routes. This new service begins with a trial run on the Baku-Agstafa-Baku route, aiming to enhance passenger experience through improved internet connectivity.
According to Trend News Agency, the introduction of free Wi-Fi is part of ADY’s broader initiative to boost passenger service with innovative solutions. The Wi-Fi service will gradually be extended to other trains on domestic routes, allowing passengers to enjoy convenient internet access for communication and online searches. Additionally, the quality of internet connectivity at Wi-Fi zones in stations and terminals has also been enhanced.
The statement from CJSC emphasizes the ease of accessing the service, advising passengers to disconnect and reconnect their devices to the ADY Free network for uninterrupted internet access. This initiative marks a significant step towards modernizing the rail travel experience in Azerbaijan.
