Baku: Starting from February 1, the minimum amount of labor pensions in Azerbaijan will be increased from AZN 280 to AZN 320. This change is outlined in the amendments to the Law “On Labor Pensions,” which were approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the pension increase aims to improve the welfare of pensioners in the country by providing them with a higher minimum income. The adjustment reflects the government’s commitment to enhancing social protection measures for its citizens, particularly for retirees who depend on these pensions as a primary source of income.
