Baku: Over the past year, 360,233 applications were submitted regarding the registration of foreigners and stateless persons at their place of stay in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Migration Service said in response to APA's inquiry.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during the relevant period, 82,648 applications were received for obtaining or extending temporary residence permits, and 4,776 applications were received for obtaining or extending permanent residence permits.

It was also reported that in 2025, the Service received 11,512 applications for obtaining and extending work permits for foreigners and stateless persons to engage in paid employment in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
