Aghdara: On October 9, in line with President Ilham Aliyev’s directives, Azerbaijan launched the next phase of the Great Return, relocating families to Vangli village in the Aghdara district. As part of this phase, 28 families, totaling 112 individuals, were resettled in the village.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this relocation is part of Azerbaijan’s broader efforts to facilitate the resettlement of citizens in areas that have been previously uninhabited or underdeveloped. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring that displaced families have the opportunity to return to their native lands and rebuild their lives.
The Great Return program has been a key component of Azerbaijan’s national policy, aiming to revitalize regions affected by past conflicts. This latest phase underscores the government’s ongoing dedication to fostering stability and development in the Aghdara district and beyond.
