Baku: Amendments have been made to the ‘Regulation on the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan,’ APA reports. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to implement these changes.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the authority of the State Service in the field of military training of higher education institution students under a special officer training program has been revoked. This amendment marks a significant change in the military training framework for students in Azerbaijan.
