Baku: Azerbaijan's revenues from ferrous metal exports increased significantly in the first quarter of this year.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the country exported black metals valued at $11,985.74 thousand from January to March, marking a 47.6% rise compared to the same period last year.
During the same timeframe, the nation saw a decline in black metal imports, totaling $127,347.98 thousand, which represents a 17.9% decrease from the previous year. In the first quarter, black metal exports constituted 0.22% of the country's total exports, while imports accounted for 3.18% of total imports.
