Ankara: The 3rd International Ke§i¶ren Turkic World Festival was held in Ankara, with Azerbaijan represented by the Azerbaijani Cultural Center operating under the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Trkiye.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the festival was hosted by the Ke§i¶ren Municipality and organized with the support of T‚¬¦€š¬…€œRKSOY, as well as the embassies and cultural centers of Turkic states in Trkiye. It brought together government officials, diplomats, parliamentarians, cultural figures from across the Turkic world, and numerous local residents.

The opening ceremony featured speeches by Krsad Zorlu, Chairman of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party) responsible for Relations with the Turkic States and a member of the Turkish Parliament; Ke§i¶ren Mayor Mesut ‚¬Å¡¬€š¬…€œzarslan; and other distinguished guests. The speakers highlighted the rich historical heritage, common values, and prospects for the future development of the Turkic world, stressing that the festival would contribute to further strengthening solidarity among the peoples of the Turkic world.

As part of the event, a video showcasing the spiritual values of the Turkic world was presented. The programme also featured dance and musical performances, as well as film and documentary screenings.

The Azerbaijani Cultural Center's 'Zangezur' Azerbaijani Folk Dance Ensemble and People's Artist Azerin captivated the audience with performances highlighting the country's rich traditions of national music and dance.

The artistic programme also featured performances by ensembles from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and Kabardino-Balkaria.

The festival brought together artists and cultural figures from across the Turkic world, promoting shared heritage, strengthening friendship and brotherhood, and fostering cultural cooperation. Particular emphasis was placed on the common values, solidarity, and spirit of unity shared by the Turkic peoples.
