Vilnius: The Azerbaijan Tourism Board successfully highlighted Azerbaijan's diverse tourism potential during the "TTR Baltic May 2026" event series held from May 5-7 in the Baltic capitals of Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn. These events brought together approximately 200 tourism companies and tour operators from the region.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azerbaijan was presented as a year-round tourism destination, with a focus on attractions like Baku and Sheki, cultural tourism, the Silk Road heritage, mountain hiking routes, and both winter and summer tourism opportunities, including those at the Sea Breeze Resort. The events also facilitated B2B meetings, providing a platform for industry representatives to discuss potential collaborations.

The series of events served as a valuable opportunity for Azerbaijan to forge new partnerships and strengthen its tourism presence in the Baltic region. The initiative aimed to enhance cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Baltic tourism industry, thereby promoting Azerbaijan as a prime travel destination.
