Baku: A regulation on the Quality Information System is set to be developed following a decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. The new regulation will be an important step in organizing and standardizing the quality information in the country.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decree mandates the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the regulation on the Quality Information System within a six-month timeframe. The approval process also requires the Cabinet to inform President Aliyev upon completion.
Additionally, the decree outlines that the Cabinet of Ministers is responsible for determining the usage fee for the system, including the payment process and the rules governing its use, all of which must also be finalized within six months.
