Baku: An 'e-culture' platform will be established, APA reports. This initiative is part of the 'Azerbaijan Culture - 2040' Concept of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which has been approved by an order from President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the document outlines that between 2026 and 2027, the Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and other relevant state bodies, is tasked with ensuring the establishment of the 'e-culture' platform. The aim is to integrate or coordinate state information resources within the cultural sector and to implement a unified communication policy. The platform will undergo testing, and it is intended to provide access to culture and promote broad participation in creative activities.
