Baku: Azerbaijan is set to define a procedure for state control in the seed production sector. This development comes after a Decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev, which mandates the implementation of the Law 'On Seed Production.'

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Decree requires the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the procedure for state control within five months. This procedure will encompass various aspects such as information collection, monitoring, analysis, and forecasting to assess the effectiveness of seed production management in the country. The Cabinet is also tasked with informing the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about these procedures within the specified timeframe.
