Baku: Simplified customs clearance procedures will be developed for materials intended for media purposes (audiovisual, print, online media, and news agencies), APA reports. This initiative is part of President Ilham Aliyev's Decree on the implementation of amendments to the Customs Code.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Decree mandates that the Cabinet of Ministers must prepare and submit these simplified procedures to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within seven months. The procedures aim to streamline the customs process for media materials, facilitating smoother and more efficient clearance.
