Jeyhun Bayramov: Dissolution of OSCE Minsk Group Institutions Was Last Year’s Most Significant Development

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bayramov highlighted the Joint Declaration signed by leaders at the Washington Summit and the initialing of the peace agreement as pivotal steps in the process. He also underscored the joint appeal by Azerbaijan and Armenia to the OSCE participating States for the dissolution of the Minsk Group institutions related to the former conflict. This process reached completion within the OSCE in December of the previous year. Bayramov noted that the dissolution marked the end of a conflict within the OSCE area and regarded it as the most significant development within the OSCE context last year.
