BAKU: Azerbaijan is set to introduce the first-ever call center for the Conference of the Parties 29 (COP29), a significant milestone in the history of the international climate conference. The announcement was made by Ilkin Javadov, Head of the Visitor Experience Sector of the COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company, indicating that the initiative will commence in November.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Javadov outlined that the COP29 Call Center will enhance communication and visitor experience by providing support via a phone line, official website, and live chat. This innovative approach is designed to facilitate real-time information dissemination and engagement for participants and stakeholders involved in COP29. The establishment of the call center marks a pioneering step in the operational logistics of the conference, aiming to improve accessibility and information flow.
