AGHDAM: Azerbaijan has embarked on a renovation project aimed at revitalizing private residences in the Guzanli settlement of the Aghdam district. The initiative focuses on the “Stone Houses” area, with work set to commence following the awarding of a tender, as reported by Trend News Agency.

According to Trend News Agency, the Aghdam district’s Executive Authority announced the project through the unified internet portal of state procurement. The tender was successfully awarded to FEB-222 TIXS, a limited liability company. The contract, valued at over 164,000 manat (approximately $96,472), outlines the scope of renovation activities planned for the area.

Ilkin Aslanov, a private engineer, has been designated by the purchasing organization to serve as the official responsible for direct communication with contractors. Aslanov will facilitate the exchange of information and oversee the project’s progress in cooperation with the involved parties.
