The procedure for the use of funds collected from fines imposed by the Azerbaijani Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB) will be developed, Trend reports.

This is reflected in the decree signed today by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the application of Law No. 896-VIQD dated May 31, 2023, of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on amendments to the Law "On Public Health Protection".

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses, must determine in agreement with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan the procedure for using funds collected from fines imposed by TABIB and transferred to the account of this department within a three-month period.
