Baku: Vasile Soare, Romanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, along with a delegation from Petre Andrei University of Ia?i, visited the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) to forge a scientific partnership. The meeting underscored the growing collaboration between Azerbaijan and Romania, particularly in academic and cultural fields.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Academician Kamal Abdulla, Rector of AUL, praised the robust relations between the two nations, which extend beyond academia into economic, cultural, and humanitarian areas. The Romanian ambassador highlighted the significance of cooperation with AUL, emphasizing strides made in enhancing scientific and cultural relations.

Rector of Petre Andrei University of Ia?i, Sorin Bocancea, stated that the meeting represented a crucial step towards initiating cooperation. The discussion also included exchanges on implementing joint scientific projects and academic staff exchange programs, further cementing the partnership between the two universities.
