Baku: The Online Inquiry Center (OIC), developed by the State Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons, has been officially launched to manage information and applications related to missing persons electronically, the State Commission announced to APA. According to Azeri-Press News Agency,the portal was created based on the Integrated Data Management System (iDMS), a collaboration between the State Commission and the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP). The digital platform is designed to manage information on missing persons via a unified electronic system, ensuring rapid information exchange among state institutions. The system facilitates quicker processing of citizens' applications and organizes interaction with relatives of missing persons through a modern digital interface. It was developed in alignment with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the operational areas of the State Commission.
