Baku:Chief of Azerbaijan's State Security Service, Colonel General Ali Naghiyev, emphasized the importance of Armenia's cooperation in resolving the issue of missing persons. This statement was made during the Fourth International Conference held in Azerbaijan as part of the Baku Dialogue on Missing Persons.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, Colonel General Naghiyev stated that Azerbaijan is prepared to work collaboratively to determine the fate of missing individuals from both sides. He urged Armenia to supply all relevant information, open its archives, and facilitate the collection of witness statements to aid in this humanitarian effort.
