BAKU – President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan announced plans to increase the capital of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Investment Fund during a joint press conference with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decision to boost the fund’s capital underscores the strong bilateral relations and shared economic agendas of the two countries. “We are committed to enhancing our cooperation not only within our countries but also in investing in third countries,” stated President Aliyev. The increased investment is intended to foster greater collaboration and to continue the progressive partnership between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
