TASHKENT – Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev praised Azerbaijan’s rapid development and committed to supporting its reconstruction efforts, especially in the newly reclaimed territories.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, during a press briefing following the signing of bilateral documents, President Mirziyoyev highlighted the dynamic progress in Azerbaijan, noting substantial infrastructure advancements such as housing, roads, and tunnels. He expressed Uzbekistan’s readiness to assist in the development of the Garabagh region, emphasizing the willingness of Uzbek builders to participate in these significant projects. This collaboration underscores a strengthening of ties between the two nations, with Uzbekistan supporting Azerbaijan’s efforts to restore and develop its historical lands.
