Baku: Azerbaijan has officially lifted visa requirements for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Singapore, aiming to boost tourism and international cooperation. From August 1, 2026, until August 1, 2027, citizens holding ordinary passports from these nations can travel to Azerbaijan for tourism purposes without a visa, as announced by the State Migration Service.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the new policy allows Bosnian and Singaporean tourists to visit Azerbaijan up to three times within the specified period, with each stay lasting up to 30 days. Those wishing to travel for reasons other than tourism or to stay beyond the 30-day limit must secure a relevant visa in compliance with Azerbaijani laws.

Visitors staying in Azerbaijan for more than 15 days must register their presence in accordance with the Migration Code. Should an extension of stay be necessary, they must apply to the State Migration Service before their temporary stay expires, either in person at ASAN Service centers or through the "Electronic Services" section on the Service's website.
