Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Stability Over Phone

Baku: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan engaged in a phone conversation to discuss recent developments in the region. The dialogue highlighted concerns over actions that could heighten tensions and emphasized the need for stability and security.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the discussion also covered the recent drone attacks on the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in Azerbaijan on March 5, which resulted in damage to civilian infrastructure and injuries to civilians. Minister Bayramov informed Minister Mirzoyan about the incident, underlining the necessity of maintaining peace.

Both ministers reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring sustainable peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan and addressed several issues of mutual concern during the phone call.
