Tbilisi: Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev met with his Georgian counterpart Giorgi Gvarakidze on February 23 during his visit to Tbilisi. Aliyev expressed gratitude to Gvarakidze for the invitation and described Georgia as a friendly country to Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Giorgi Gvarakidze praised the development of cooperation between the prosecutor's offices of Azerbaijan and Georgia. The meeting focused on the joint fight against various forms of crime and explored practical cooperation in areas such as extradition and mutual legal assistance in criminal cases.
