Azerbaijani and Mexican Universities to Implement Joint Projects

Shusha: Azerbaijani and Mexican universities are set to embark on collaborative efforts to expand their cooperation and execute joint projects. This announcement was made by Mexican Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mar­a Victoria Romero Caballero, during an official reception in Shusha celebrating Mexico's Independence Day.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the ambassador pointed out that a cooperation agreement between the universities of the two nations was signed earlier this year. She mentioned that additional higher education institutions interested in forming partnerships have been identified. The ambassador expressed optimism that these collaborations would result in the implementation of joint projects shortly.

Additionally, the ambassador acknowledged Azerbaijan's successful organization of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), which was conducted under the auspices of UN-Habitat. She noted that Mexico is set to host the subsequent edition of the Forum in Mexico City in 2028.
