Moscow: The academies of Azerbaijan’s Neftchi FC and Russia’s Lokomotiv FC have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of experience in training young football players, participation in tournaments in both Azerbaijan and Russia, and the promotion of unity, peace, and harmony among CIS countries. Additionally, the memorandum includes plans for organizing internship programs for coaches and various educational events.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the signing ceremony took place in Moscow, where representatives from both clubs also had the opportunity to tour the RZD Arena and visit the Lokomotiv Museum. The collaboration is expected to strengthen ties between the two football academies and contribute to the development of young talent in the region.
