Azerbaijani and Serbian Leaders Discuss Middle East Tensions and Drone Attacks

Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, as reported by APA. The discussion, which took place on March 6, focused on the escalating situation in the Middle East.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, both leaders expressed their concerns about the worsening conditions in the region. The conversation also addressed the recent drone attacks by Iran targeting Nakhchivan, with both presidents condemning these actions.

In addition to discussing geopolitical issues, President Ilham Aliyev took the opportunity to extend birthday wishes to President Aleksandar Vucic. In response, President Vucic expressed his gratitude for the warm gesture.
