Baku: Secretary General of the Council of Europe Alain Berset shared a post on his X social media account regarding Iran's UAV attacks on Azerbaijani territory.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, earlier this week, Berset discussed with President Ilham Aliyev the escalating crisis in Iran and the wider Middle East, along with its implications for Europe's security. Berset highlighted that the drone attack against Azerbaijan emphasizes the urgency of de-escalation and stressed that international law should remain the framework for the use of force.
