Paris: The Cultural Center of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in France hosted an "Azerbaijani Cinema Day in Paris" event in the French capital. The initiative was co-organized by Azerbaijan's Cinema Agency and the country's Embassy in France.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Rashad Azizov, Director General of the Cinema Agency, highlighted the increasing number of film and animation studios in Azerbaijan, which have led to the production of numerous film and animation projects. He emphasized the significance of international cooperation in these endeavors, noting that such collaboration not only supports film production but also fosters cultural dialogue among nations.

Azizov further explained that international film partnerships could serve as an important tool for cultural diplomacy. The event featured screenings of three animated films-'Under the Same Rain,' 'Bum-Bum,' and 'Isi and Piti'-alongside the documentary 'Dream of Paradise,' which explored the life and artistic contributions of Mirza Gadim Iravani, a prominent figure in 19th-century Azerbaijani painting.

The documentary offered viewers a glimpse into Iravani's life, presenting a crucial part of Azerbaijan's cultural heritage.
