Baku: Azerbaijani citizen Tatyana Dolivets, who was among a group of tourists stranded due to heavy rainfall in Russia's Kamchatka region, has been evacuated to a safe area. Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed the successful evacuation, which was executed by Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations.
