Tashkent:Azerbaijani cybersecurity specialists recently achieved success at the 'Cyber Security Summit - CENTRAL EURASIA' (CSS 2026) held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the summit was co-organized by Uzbekistan's National Cybersecurity Center and UK-based Dialogue Events. It attracted over 600 participants who gathered to deliberate on key topics such as current cybersecurity challenges, protection of critical information infrastructure, cyber risk management, and fostering regional cooperation.
Azerbaijan's State Service for Special Communication and Information Security participated in the summit, with its 'Blue Team' securing third place in the international 'CYBERKENT 4.0' cybersecurity competition. The competition involved practical tasks that simulated real-world cyberattack scenarios, emphasizing information system defense, cyberattack detection, incident response, and log analysis.
