Azerbaijani Delegation Participates in 44th EOC Seminar in Montenegro


BUDVA – A high-level Azerbaijani delegation, including Vice-President Chingiz Huseynzade and other senior officials from the Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee (NOC), attended the 44th European Olympic Committees (EOC) Seminar in Budva, Montenegro.



According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the seminar, held on September 27-28, brought together prominent figures such as IOC President Spyros Capralos and Montenegrin NOC President Dušan Simonovic. Discussions at the event revolved around the recent successes of the Olympic Games Paris 2024, with a particular focus on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), sustainability, and gender equality within sports. The National Olympic Committees of Europe shared insights into their current use of AI to enhance their activities and explored potential future developments. Additionally, the seminar featured discussions from the organizing committees of the upcoming Winter European Youth Olympic Festival Bakuriani 2025 and Summer European Youth Olympic Festival Skopje 2025.
