“Bloody massacre committed in Khojaly was a part of racial discrimination carried out Azerbaijani people and ethnic cleansing policy for a long time, Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, APA reports.

According to him, prior to the Khojaly massacre our other residential settlements were destroyed, people were killed and ethnic cleansing was carried out.
