BAKU — On September 2, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Leonid Anfimov, the First Deputy Secretary-General of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), who was in Azerbaijan to observe the snap parliamentary elections.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, The discussions centered around the cooperation between Azerbaijan and the CIS, with a focus on issues stemming from the recent elections.

The meeting also provided a platform for the two parties to exchange views on various mutual interests, reflecting the ongoing engagement and strategic dialogues between Azerbaijan and the CIS member states.
