Azerbaijani Journalists Arrive in Samarkand Aboard High-Speed Train

Samarkand: Azerbaijani journalists have made their way to Samarkand as part of a visit to Uzbekistan. They traveled from Tashkent to Samarkand aboard the Tashkent-Samarkand-Khiva high-speed train, completing the journey in approximately two hours.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the high-speed train, which operates at speeds of 160-180 km/h, provided a swift and efficient means of transportation for the media representatives. Upon arrival at the Samarkand railway station, the journalists were greeted by a military symphonic orchestra and a national music ensemble. The ensembles performed melodies from both Azerbaijani and Uzbek cultures, marking a warm welcome for the visitors.
